Pressure gauge with transmitter PGT23.063
Wherever the process pressure needs to be indicated locally and at the same time, signal transmission to a remote central control is desired, the model (PGT23.063 IntelliGAUGE®) can be used. The PGT43 model is based on a safety pressure model made of high quality 43x.30 stainless steel with a nominal size of 100 or 160. The pressure measuring instrument is manufactured according to EN 837-3.
The WIKA electronic sensor, housed in a high-quality diaphragm pressure display, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with a local mechanical display that can be read during a power failure. The entire bourdon tube measuring system is welded and solid. An electronic angle encoder, proven in automotive safety applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft – it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free of wear and friction. In this way, an electrical output signal proportional to the pressure, 4…20 mA, is produced.

Safety programs
Pressure gauges with an output signal are a combination of analog gauges and pressure transmitters that have an output signal without the need for an external power source. This combination equipment is available with common types of output signals. Inside this gauge, a sensor works in a non-contact way, without having any effect on the measurement signal.
